Wichita based property management company, Elsea & Petty Home Owners Association Management, announces that it is partnering with one of the national leaders in Association management, OMNI Management Services.
Elsea & Petty HOA Management, a full service management firm specializing in homeowners associations, was founded in 2006 by Joel Elsea and Heather Petty. Indianapolis-based, Omni Management Services was founded by Owner and CEO, Tim Loehr, in April of 2002.
